Reline Pipe Rehabilitation
Reline is a flexible non-woven reinforced sleeve for use in the repair or renovation of sewer and waste-water pipelines.
Many sewer lines and waste-water pipeline networks in cities and towns are getting to the end of their serviceable condition due to erosion, ground movement, root intrusion and chemical degradation.
Replacement by conventional means in many cases can mean massive disruption where buildings, major highways and even sports stadiums have been developed over the old network of pipes.
Modern trenchless, non-dig technology and techniques have been developed in Europe and the USA to meet such challenges using a system of flexible linings like Reline to rejuvenate the existing pipelines.
Special manufacturing equipment was developed with assistance from the New Zealand Government's Technology Grants Programme, followed by an extensive product design and testing programme.
Autex now manufactures liners in a range of sizes and is currently the only manufacturer of such product in Australasia.
Autex Reline is available in two designs:
1. Pull and inflate
2. Inversion
